Preschool to 2nd Graders cheering us on at San Luis Obispo. Kids often lined the route in little towns, put out their hands, wrote signs and gave us letters of thanks. These were the most touching moments of the trip.
Matt Knoles, my tentmate and fellow cyclist on the trip. We camped out every night in "tent cities". Some folks stayed in hotels which we called the "princess tour" accommodations.
